This is an important meeting that will focus on outlining the Band budget and execution strategy for next year (2012-2013).

Commitment forms are provided.  They are due 1 April 2012 but we will continue to accept committment forms.  It is imperative that we have a VERY good idea of who will be in marching band. 


Please be sure to complete the commitment form and return it with your deposit.  Students will not be permitted to participate in the Marching Band without a properly signed commitment form.

Band Spring Trip 2012 to Orlando FL (25-29 Apr 2012)

Parents,

By now you have received either from your student or via email from Mr. Schiffler the spring trip commitment form and schedule. The spring trip to Orlando, FL is schedule for 25 - 29 April. The cost per student is $575. . This includes transportation, lodging, entertainment and meals.

There are spots for 70 students and 6 paying chaperones (3 male and 3 female).

Cost: $575. Checks are to be made payable to OLBPA

The commitment form is attached. The schedule has also been provided to your student.

Wednesday Apr 25:
10:00pm - Depart from Ocean Lakes HS.
