Ocean Lakes Bands

Due to the uncertain forecast for 6pm tonight and several people unable to make it we will not have rehearsal/the parent performance tonight.
First day of school:You may come down to the band room between 7:15 and 7:25 to put your instrument on the storage room shelves.

Attached is the presentation from the August 11th BPA General Meeting.  It has information on the website, fundraisers and committee chair contacts.  The next BPA Meeting will be on Tuesday, 21 September at 7 pm. 
Thanks to the parents who stepped up and supported the band as chaperones through Band Camp. 

Band Camp starts Monday, 16 August and we are still looking for chaperone help during both weeks.  If you can take any of the open time slots on the attached, please contact Shelly Kyle (sheila.kyle@vbschools.com) as soon as possible with your name, cell phone number and email address.  Thank you in advance for stepping up! 

Our first and probably most important OL Band Parents' Association (OL BPA) meeting will be at 7:45 pm in the Chorus Room.  Freshmen and parents that are attending the New Student Night, please come directly to the Chorus Room at the conclusion of the New Student Night. 
We will cover just about every major topic including the budget, fundraising plan, uniforms, volunteerism, apparel and so much more.  Don't miss it!
