The deadline for Marching Band Commitments was put in place to get an accurate count of students committed to the 2010 Marching Band for planning the uniform and for show design. Ms Greber received verbal intentions from at least 8 band students who have not yet turned in their commitment form and $100. If one of those is your student, please send in his/her commitment and deposit by Thursday, 20 May so that participant numbers can be finalized. The necessary forms are attached. If your student wants to participate in Marching Band, but has not paid the $100 deposit for financial reasons, submit a statement in writing to Ms Greber explaining the situation. On a case by case basis, arrangements can be made to pay band fees over a period of time and in conjunction with active participation in BPA fundraisers. The next big fundraiser is Harborfest (11 - 13 June).
